I believe we can thrive not just survive in life.

However if you are looking at counselling pages, I wonder if you feel you are thriving today.

Through counselling, it is possible to get to know the real you and like the real you.

 I offer you the secure knowledge you will not be judged. 

Everyone's life experiences are different, we are unique human beings.

  I work in an integrative way that means I use a variety of tools to help you know you. These are tailored to you, set at your pace.

Some of these are with anxiety, depression and trauma.

I work mainly with OCD, anxiety, trauma and depression.

I offer online and telephone counselling. 
This has many advantages.
 You don't have to travel to an office. 
I am also aware, for some people, leaving the house some days can feel over whelming. 
I can offer more flexible times to suit your busy schedule.
This is why my training includes a certificate in online and telephone counselling.
 All you have to do is find a quiet, comfortable place where  you can not be overheard.

 It is not always easy to reach out for support. I would not want to miss that call. If you would like to text or email me we can start a conversation about what is right for you.

I offer a free 15 minute no obligation chat. It is important that you feel comfortable with the counsellor you choose.

This means I work from the perspective, we develop and grow  through many influences in our lives.  No part of us happens in isolation.
  We are constantly learning developing and adapting to our world.
This gives us hope.
If we are hardwired to  adapt, this also means  we grow and have the power to overcome challenges.

So why counselling?
When life is busy it can be hard to find any space to think clearly. Decide what we really want from our life.
 Talking to friends and family is  helpful.  
Sometimes talking to a professional with the freedom to explore your ideas can create opportunities for healing and growth.

Me Time
This  has become such a fashionable phrase yet it doesn't just mean a long bubble bath. It's about spending time where you can reflect on what's happening without judging yourself.

 I know this is a hard ask, so speaking to a counsellor can make it easier.
